1 General Terms & Conditions

5.2 General Bonus Rules

6 Betting Rules

• Bonus Abuse: Attempting to artificially fulfill bonus requirements

8 Account Suspension & Closure

1xpet reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without notice in the following circumstances.

8.1 Grounds for Account Suspension

• Participation in any of the prohibited activities listed above
• Failure to complete the KYC verification process
• Account inactive for an extended period (over 12 months)
• Self-exclusion at the member's own request

8.2 Appeals Process

If your account is suspended, you may appeal by emailing support@1xpet.bet. 1xpet will respond with a decision within 7 business days. If the complaint is found to be valid, your account will be reinstated.
